About Me
First I was a photographer. Then I became an interior designer. And then an artist. And one day House of Aleksandra was born.
Growing up I had no idea what I wanted to be but then one day I came across my father's old camera and it was love at first click.
After I finished school for design and photography, I started working for Delo revije, the biggest slovenian publishing company where I stayed 13 years as a leading photographer and later as a photo editor in chief.
After living in Denmark for a year, I discovered a new appreciation and passion for great design so I attended and successfully finished a course for interior design at British College.
In photography I enjoy the most taking pictures of animals, as an interior designer I prefer eclectic style and as an artist, shabby chic.
Favorite materials: aged wood, acrylic paint, rope.
